Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds
At Health Spark, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If you are not completely happy with our product, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process. You may return or exchange the unused portion of the product within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a refund:
- Total refund amount: The order amount minus the original shipping cost, plus a return shipping and processing fee of $9.95.
- Product cost: Only the product cost is eligible for a refund.
To obtain a refund, you must return the unused portion of your order, and the products must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. We must receive the return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs and processing fees will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, opened or used supplements, perishable items, and personal care products. Please check product descriptions or contact us for clarification before initiating a return.
Return and Refund Terms
The following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:
- To initiate a refund or exchange, contact us at client-services@health-spark.shop. We will provide you with return and refund instructions.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked as “Return to Sender.”
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used when placing the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
After our shipping department receives your returned product, we typically process refunds within 5-10 business days. However, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay before a refund is reflected in your account.

- For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
